I'm living in an actual house, after two months of hotel hell. Still a lot of immediate chaos (there are three locations containing "more of my family's stuff" that we need to coordinate visiting and carrying stuff from) but it is getting unpacked and settled out nicely.

Unpacking has been a _wonderful_ distraction from election (good) and teaching-job (probably bad).

I've read 6 books in 3 days and am doing *very well* at targeting my news searches, with the help of a few Discords. So, pretty OK!

I'm starting to think I might be able to breathe again. This week has been so hard; teeth grinding, not sleeping much. Work has been demanding thank goodness because it's been a distraction.

How's the new job?

I'm personally having mild panic attacks and flashbacks to the news reports from Rwanda back in the 90's. There's a lot of people on Twitter talking about "Making Lists" and I won't be able to relax until sometime in March. Maybe.
